Consigning under Park Farm, the Durham based businessman speaks to Robert Hall on his journey from being an apprentice jockey, to establishing and developing leading seafood business Collins Seafoods, and now his new passion of pinhooking and preparing Store Sale stock. A successful owner that has tasted Grade 1 glory with Derby Sale graduate Waiting Patiently, Collins has developed a passion for purchasing foals and selling them as three-year-olds. Park Farm is a growing force in the Store Sale market and their consignment, all of whom possess strong National Hunt pedigrees, are sure to be in high demand at the 50th Derby Sale.
