The Derby Sale made my life and was the source of my success.” As we continue our celebrations ahead of the 50th Derby Sale, Jenny Pitman reminisces with Robert Hall on the success the Derby Sale brought her throughout her career. She reflects on her Derby Sale purchases, among them 1991 Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Garrison Savannah and 1995 Aintree Grand National winner Royal Athlete. And she pays homage to her former owners, those that placed great faith and trust in her ability to get results on the racecourse.
