The sale concluded with 402 horses sold (90 per cent clearance) for a record average price of £27,060 a record median price of £20,000 and a record turnover of £10,877,978, increases of 24 per cent, 25 per cent and 49 per cent on 2020’s returns. Over the two-day sale, six horses fetched six-figure sums, while 62 sold for £50,000 or more.
