US Grand National Victory for Tattersalls Ireland Store Sale graduate NOAH AND THE ARK

NOAH AND THE ARK proved the dominant winner of the lucrative $250,000 Grand National (Grade 1) at Far Hills, USA on Saturday night. Slipping up the inside on the approach to home, the nine-year-old owned by Keystone Thoroughbreds surged clear to decisively win by five lengths under Harrison Beswick for trainer Todd McKenna.

Twice a graduate of Tattersalls Ireland, NOAH AND THE ARK was sold as a yearling at the November NH Sale by Milltown Britton Stud to Gerry Hogan Bloodstock and was subsequently returned as a store to the August NH Sale by Ballincurrig House Stud who sold the Vinnie Roe gelding to Thorne Farm for €9,000.
