Tattersalls Ireland relaunch the August NH Sale
Tattersalls Ireland today announced the relaunch of its established August National Hunt Sale. As part of the new format, a day of select stores will open the August National Hunt Sale followed by two non-select days.
- Part I: Tuesday 11 August: Select Stores
- Part II: Wednesday 12 - Thursday 13 August: Non-Select
Nominations for the select one-day sale (Part I) are open until Friday 28 February 2020. Entries are currently open for Part II of the August National Hunt Sale.
Commenting on the relaunch, Tattersalls Ireland CEO Matt Mitchell said;
"Following a review of our store sales, Tattersalls Ireland will now offer vendors a credible sale option to sell their late store horse. The new format of our August National Hunt Sale further complements the Tattersalls Ireland Select Store Sales portfolio which includes the May Store Sale and the market leading Derby Sale."
Tattersalls Ireland August National Hunt Sale is widely regarded as a sale that produces winners with the most recent successes coming from KIMBERLITE CANDY winner of the Grade 3 Classic Handicap Chase and who is considered a Grand National hopeful and Supreme Novices' winner SUMMERVILLE BOY who started off 2020 with victory in the Grade 2 Relkeel Hurdle at Cheltenham.
