TATTERSALLS IRELAND MAKES TWO NEW BOARD APPOINTMENTS
Neil Walsh, aged 35, joined the Tattersalls Ireland Bloodstock Sales Team in 2008, becoming Head of Bloodstock in 2012 and his new role will continue to involve organisation of all the Company’s bloodstock sales, client and industry liaison, and all sales day related matters. Commenting on his appointment to the Board, Walsh said; ‘I am thrilled to have been given the position as Director of Bloodstock Sales at Tattersalls Ireland. Following on from a year of significant growth in the sales ring I am looking forward to developing and growing our sales further in the New Year. With 2014 fast approaching we are looking forward to our February Sale and to inspections for the market leading Derby Sale, which will commence immediately in the New Year.'
Harry Fowler, aged 38, has been part of the Tattersalls Ireland Bloodstock team since 2012 having worked in varying roles with the Tattersalls Limited Bloodstock Team in Newmarket for thirteen years since 1998."I am delighted and honoured to be joining the Board of Tattersalls Ireland. In addition to inspections and sales related matters, since moving to Tattersalls Ireland much of my time has been invested in maintaining and developing client relationships for Tattersalls Ireland in the UK, France and beyond and I look forward to making every effort to ensure that we continue the positive strides already made in this regard in 2014." said Fowler.
