6 Aug 2020 Share on X Share on Facebook September Yearling Sale catalogue now online A quality selection of 447 yearlings have been selected for Part I of the Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sale with 183 yearlings selected for Part II. The sale takes place from 21 – 23 September 2020. The catalogue is now available to view online. The September Yearling Sale has already produced 50% more 2yo winners in 2020 than any other Irish Yearling Sale, including 2019’s graduates Dandalla and Aloha Star. Dandalla stormed home in the Group 3 Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot before completing her hat-trick when winning the Group 2 Duchess of Cambridge Stakes at Newmarket. Aloha Star pounced late to take the Group 2 Airlie Stud Stakes at the Curragh while Rose of Kildare added to her Group tally when winning the Group 3 Tattersalls Musidora Stakes at York. Other notable graduates include listed winners Champers Elysees and Marie’s Diamond. This year’s catalogue features a quality selection of yearlings including Dandalla’s half sister by Divine Prophet as well as siblings to Aloha Star, Champers Elysees, Lauded, Guaranteed and Qaader. Other high profile families that feature throughout the catalogue include Minding, Islington, Famous Name, and many more. All horses catalogued for the September Yearling Sale are eligible for the €300,000 Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sales Race 2021.
