Group Double for the September Yearling Sale on Irish Guineas Weekend

The September Yearling Sale celebrated two Group winners on Irish Guineas weekend, highlighted by Helvic Dream's success in the Group 1 Tattersalls Gold Cup.

Helvic Dream powered home under a brilliant ride by Colin Keane to provide Noel Meade with his first Group 1 winner on the flat.

He was sold for €12,000 at the September Yearling Sale by Portlester Stud to Peter Nolan Bloodstock.

Gustavus Weston landed the Group 2 Greenlands Stakes under Gary Carroll for Joseph Murphy.

He was sold for €55,000 at the September Yearling Sale by Torard House Stud to Crampscastle Bloodstock. Also sold at the November Flat Sale for €15,500 by Ballyshannon Stud to Pat Donworth.
