Grade 3 Festival glory for Beware the Bear

Tattersalls Ireland graduate, BEWARE THE BEAR started the Cheltenham Festival in good style with victory in the Grade 3 Ultima Handicap Chase, also giving his owner George Barlow his first Cheltenham winner. Trained by Nicky Henderson, the nine-year-old won the ultra competitive race by one and a quarter lengths. BEWARE THE BEAR was sold at the November National Hunt Foal Sale by Borris House to Goldford Stud for €18,000.
