DERBY SALE GRADUATE MOUNTAINOUS WINS THE WELSH NATIONAL
The Grand National is now on the cards for this son of Milan who was sold on two occasions at Tattersalls Ireland. MOUNTAINOUS was sold as a foal at the 2005 November National Hunt Sale to Ballyalla Farm for €28,000 by Glenbevan Stud on behalf of his breeder Lady Melissa Brooke. He was then sold at the 2008 Derby Sale by Martin Cullinane's Mount Brown Farm to Jonjo O’Neill for €50,000.
The sales season at Tattersalls Ireland gets underway with the February National Hunt Sale on Tuesday 2nd February. The catalogue for the sale will be available from the office and online from next week.
