DERBY SALE DOMINATION IN IRISH GRAND NATIONAL

THUNDER AND ROSES was sold at the 2011 Derby Sale by Galbertstown Stud for €130,000 to the late Dessie Hughes.

The Derby Sale also provided the winner of the Grade 2 Keelings Strawberry Hurdle with Tony Martin’s DEDIGOUT landing the title under a convincing ride by Paul Carberry for Gigginstown House Stud.

DEDIGOUT was sold at the 2009 Derby Sale by Shanaville Stables for €5,000 to John Queally.
