TATTERSALLS IRELAND GRADUATES TAKE TOP THREE PLACES IN GRADE 1 MELLING CHASE

Partnered by Paul Townend for owners Graham and Andrea Wylie, BOSTON BOB was sold as a foal by his breeders Burgage Stud at the 2005 November National for €20,000 to Killadoon Stud.

Rolling Aces was sold at the 2006 November National Hunt Sale by Clongiffen Stud for €11,500 to Derrygrath Stud.

Ballynagour was sold at the 2006 November National Hunt Sale by Loughview Stud for €17,000 to John Sheehan. 

A previous winner of the €100,000 Tattersalls Ireland George Mernagh Memorial Bumper at Fairyhouse, CLONDAW KAEMPFER claimed the Grade 3 Alder Hey Children’s Charity Handicap Hurdle for trainer Donald McCain, jockey Wayne Hutchinson in the colours of Tim Leslie & D Gorton.

CLONDAW KAEMPFER, a six-year-old son of Oscar, was sold at the 2011 Derby Sale by Mount Eaton Stud for €22,000 to Michael Bowe.
