Happy Together is another Group 3 graduate winner at Happy Valley

Tattersalls Ireland Breeze Up graduate Happy Together
secured Group 3 success in the January Cup at Happy Valley. This win continued
the five-year-olds rapid rate of improvement, and it was a fourth win in five
starts for the son of Dragon Pulse. Having won a Class 3 Handicap off a rating
of 73 in September 2023, Happy Together has excelled since joining trainer
Frankie Lor.

He was purchased at the 2021 Tattersalls Ireland
Breeze Up Sale for £24,000 from Thomand O’Mara’s Knockanglass Stables by Noel
Meade. He was initially sold at the September Yearling Sale by Brian Miller to
Lacka Bloodstock for £15,000.

After being purchased in May 2021, he raced on
three occasions as Hotel Wren for The London Racing 3 Partnership. He showed
promise in two-year-old maidens, and got off the mark on his first start as a
three-year-old in April 2022.

The Group 3 win of Happy Together continued trainer Frankie
Lor’s excellent recent record in Happy Valley’s only Group race, providing him
with a third January Cup triumph in six years.

The win marked another notable success for a Tattersalls
Ireland Breeze Up Sale graduate, adding to the Group 3 success of Taj Dragon in
the Chinese Club Challenge Cup at Sha Tin earlier this month.
