Conditions of Sale

Please note that these Conditions of Sale apply to all Tattersalls Ireland Sales and are regularly updated. If there is found to be any discrepancy between these Conditions of Sale and those published in the relevant Sales catalogue, those in the Sales catalogue will always take precedence.

Conditions of Sale

Farmers as defined by the VAT Consolidation Act 2010 must complete and sign the declaration in order for purchases at the Livestock Rate (currently 4.8%) to apply.
